I will repair or replace any product that is defective from manufacturing, send it back to JABwoodcrafting within 30 days of purchase for repair or exchange. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, I will refund the purchase price. The product must be returned promptly, postmarked within 10 days from recieving product. I will not accept COD, customer must pay shipping for return. Wrap the item securely and include a copy of your invoice that shipped with your product, if you do not have the invoice send us an e-mail; returns@jabwoodcrafting.com or call 616-929-4358 to obtain a copy. We must have the original purchasers name and address if different from the person returning the product.

Also needed, name and address where product is to be shipped back to (if different).

Damaged Items: I personaly give each item a visual inspection before delivery, if product is recieved damaged, it is important that you contact me immediatly. Otherwise I can not honor a refund for a damaged product.

We recommend that you insure your shipment as we can not be responsible for loss in transit. We will not issue credit for freight. Repair or replacement of item will be promptly addressed.
